Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once tracking information confirms delivery, Irresistible Wigs is not responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final due to federal hygiene regulations. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on any wigs, accessories or sale items. This is to ensure that every customer receives 100% NEW, unused and uncontaminated hair.
Irresistible Wigs reserves the sole right to determine whether a product has been worn or altered.

Failure to report issues within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Damaged or defective items may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis; photographic evidence may be required. To qualify, the item must remain in its original condition including:

- Untouched bundle ties
- Lace uncut: No combing, brushing, washing, dyeing or altering
Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims
Customers agree to contact Irresistible Wigs to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Irresistible Wigs reserves the right to:

False claims regarding non-delivery, unauthorized transactions, or product condition may be reported to the payment processor or applicable authorities.
