2. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day.

  • Shipping times vary by location and method selected at checkout.

  • Same-day and after-hours delivery are available for an additional fee.

  • Delivery fees vary based on distance and service type.

  • Irresistible Wigs™ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors beyond our control.

3. Local Purchases

  • Local purchases are available 24 hours.

  • On hand availability may be limited; scheduling is recommended to ensure service.

  • Irresistible Wigs™ reserves the right to limit local service availability as necessary.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final due to federal hygiene regulations.  We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on any wigs or sale items. This is to ensure that every customer receives 100% NEW, unused and uncontaminated hair.

  • Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Please review product descriptions, sizing and specifications carefully before purchasing.

  • Damaged or defective items may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis; photographic evidence may be required. To qualify, the item must remain in its original condition including:

       - Unopened packaging

       - Untouched bundle ties

       - Lace uncut: No combing, brushing, washing, dyeing or altering

5. Wig Care & Use

  • Use sulfate-free shampoos, conditioners, and styling products to preserve hair quality.

  • Minimize excessive heat exposure; heat styling should be done with protection.

  • Coloring, bleaching, or chemical treatment should be performed by a professional to avoid damage.

  • Irresistible Wigs™ is not responsible for damage caused by improper care or styling.

6. Product Quality & Exclusivity

  • Every wig undergoes strict quality inspection to ensure density, softness and craftsmanship.

  • Wigs are produced in limited quantities to maintain exclusivity and high standards.

  • Irresistible Wigs™ reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or limit products without notice.

7. Wholesale & Collaborations

  • Wholesale and collaboration inquiries are welcome. Contact us via email or DM for details.

  • Discounted or gifted products for collaboration are non-returnable and non-refundable.
